MTC Taxi may withhold a commission for mediation or for providing customer leads.
Payments are made periodically (e.g. weekly or monthly) via bank transfer or cash, depending on the agreed method.
5. Supplier Obligations

Maintain a polite and professional attitude at all times.
Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and in good condition.

6. Liability and Insurance
The Supplier bears full responsibility for the safe transportation of passengers during each trip.
MTC Taxi is not liable for any accidents, damages, or delays caused by the driver or third parties.
The Supplier must maintain active professional liability insurance and comply with all applicable laws and safety standards.
7. Data Processing
The Company may collect and process Supplier information (e.g. contact details, vehicle registration, working hours) solely for operational and accounting purposes, in accordance with the GDPR.
Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
8. Independence and Legal Relationship
The Supplier acts as an independent contractor.
This cooperation does not establish any employment or exclusivity relationship between the Supplier and MTC Taxi.
The Supplier remains responsible for their tax and insurance obligations.
9. Termination of Cooperation
Either MTC Taxi or the Supplier may terminate cooperation at any time, with or without cause, by notifying the other party.
The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate cooperation in cases of:
customer complaints,
repeated delays,

inappropriate behavior.
10. Confidentiality
